Customer Satisfaction

We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will work to resolve the situation promptly and positively.

Cancellation and Return Fees

• Within 6 hours of placing your order: free cancellation — just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@kachofugetsu-japan.com.
• After 6 hours and before your order ships (change of mind or buyer's request): a 5% payment processing fee is deducted from the refund.
• After your order has shipped (returns for change of mind): a 5% payment processing fee and a 15% restocking fee are deducted from the refund of the item price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer pays the return shipping.
• If we cannot ship your item (for example, it is out of stock), we refund your payment in full.
• If your item arrives defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, there are no fees and we cover the return shipping. Please contact us with photos.

The payment processing fee covers payment provider charges, as settlement fees are not refunded to us.
These terms apply to orders placed on or after October 15, 2026.

Other Refund Rules

Refunds for payments older than 120 days must be issued as discount coupons.
If a shipment is refused or returned, the round-trip shipping cost, applicable cancellation/restocking fees, and any duties or taxes billed to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. If these exceed the refund amount, we will invoice you for the balance.

Currency Exchange

We process all orders in Japanese Yen.
Refund amounts may differ due to changes in exchange rates.

Return Policy

Return Conditions

Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and documentation.
Returns are not accepted for damaged, scratched, defaced or missing items.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable, and buyers bear the return shipping costs (except for defective, damaged or wrong items).
Items must be insured and shipped with a signature-required service.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ship the item at your own cost using an insured, signature-required service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
