Shipping Policy

All products ship from Japan via FedEx (insured and trackable). A tracking number is sent when your order ships.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. Multiple items in one order are shipped together and charged once on the combined weight.

Handling time

Most orders ship within 4–7 business days. Items we source from Japanese makers to order (including Konro grills) ship within 7–14 business days. We are closed on weekends, Japanese national holidays and seasonal breaks.

Delivery time

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and customs clearance. You can follow your parcel with the FedEx tracking number.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or the shipping charge and are paid by the buyer to the carrier or customs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Remote areas

Deliveries to remote areas may incur a surcharge from the carrier.

Large orders

One parcel can weigh up to 68 kg. For larger orders (for example several large grills), please contact us before ordering and we will quote the shipping.
