Collection: Konro

Japanese konro grills from Noto. Each BQ series grill is made in Suzu, at the tip of the Noto Peninsula, from insulating diatomite bricks that hold the heat inside the firebox, so you can grill with less charcoal while the coals keep burning steadily. Use them outdoors with Kishu binchotan for yakitori, or choose a wide model for charcoal BBQ of fish, steak and vegetables. The collection also includes refractory-stone konro grills.
